Cozy unmade bed space with filtered morning light

Online decluttering services and coaching from the comfort of your home

Get gentle support to sort out your stuff, no matter where you live. Instead of complicated systems that look pretty but don’t last, my virtual decluttering services (held via video call) use the No-Mess Method. A simple approach to maintaining a tidier home long-term.

Designed for busy lives, overwhelmed brains and people who need flexible help

Feeling buried under piles of Stuff that somehow keep multiplying? Maybe you long for a more peaceful and manageable home, but don’t know where to start or how to stay on top of it all.

Strengthen your decluttering skills

I truly understand the decluttering struggle, as I’ve been there myself… but then I discovered a ‘little and often’ approach that’s radically different from conventional advice.

Online decluttering services using the No-Mess Method are surprisingly effective: you do the physical work while I’m beside you via video call to guide, encourage and help you make decisions. Just like building muscle, you’ll gradually strengthen your decluttering skills and your spaces will stay tidier long-term. Truly!

A busy home desk covered in books, papers and pinned maps – the kind of everyday clutter that builds up without a simple system to manage it

Virtual decluttering services are a good fit for you if:

You live anywhere in Australia (or beyond) and want kind, professional and neuroaffirming support, regardless of your location.

You're neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD) and working from your own space without someone physically in your home feels easier and less draining.

You're managing a busy household with kids or caring responsibilities and need flexible support that fits around your life and schedule, without the need to panic-tidy before someone arrives.

You work from home or are a working parent and want the convenience of fitting sessions into your day: lunch breaks, before the kids get home from school or whenever you can carve out time.

You're going through a major transition such as moving, downsizing, parenthood or bereavement and prefer processing the emotional and practical work in your own private space.

Opening your home to someone new feels too vulnerable right now, and you’d rather work via screen so you can show only the spaces you’re ready to share, without judgment.

A different approach to decluttering that’s designed for brains like ours

Typical decluttering advice assumes you just need better organising systems (more labels and containers!) to consistently maintain a tidier home.

But that rarely works for people like us: those with busy lives, racing minds, who see potential in everything and feel easily overwhelmed.

Instead, we’ll use No-Mess Decluttering Method created by Dana K White:

  • We never pull everything out

  • We never make a bigger mess

  • We always make progress, even if you only have a few minutes to spare

  • We can stop at any time, with no piles of stuff to deal with ‘later’

This deceptively simple method transformed my own cluttered home, and I’ve seen it work again and again for my virtual clients, too.

How it works

  • Begin with a free virtual session

Book a one-hour initial consultation from the comfort of your home. We'll connect via video to discuss your goals and challenges, then work on one area together to see if virtual decluttering coaching suits your needs.

  • Select your support level

Pick from flexible online decluttering services designed around your schedule and goals: single session, ongoing monthly support or accelerated progress.

  • Connect virtually, work in your space

Join me via video calls as I gently guide you through the No-Mess Decluttering Method, helping you make real-time decisions. You’ll always remain in complete control over what stays and what goes.

  • Create the calm you’ve been craving

Over time, you’ll develop decluttering skills and habits that last long-term, creating a calmer, more functional home as well as more time, energy and headspace for the things you love most in life.

Real progress in just one hour of virtual coaching

Each of these spaces visibly improved in just one hour using the No-Mess Method via video coaching. And no one finished up feeling exhausted or with extra piles to sort afterward.

Frequently asked questions

  • A virtual decluttering coach (like me) guides you through the process of sorting and organising your belongings while teaching you skills to maintain progress independently.

Unlike conventional home organisers who might do the work for you, I coach you through decisions in real time using the proven No-Mess Method, meaning you always remain in control of what stays and what goes. The goal is building your confidence and capacity to keep your home out of chaos long-term.

  • We'll connect via video call for one hour. We'll spend the first 20 minutes talking through what's happening in your space, what you've tried before and what you're hoping will change.

Then we'll spend the remaining time doing some decluttering together in a space of your choice using the No-Mess Method. You'll experience how it works and make visible progress, even if you decide not to continue with more sessions. It's a genuine, risk-free chance to get a feel for how we could work together, with no pushy sales pitches or any pressure to move forward if it doesn’t feel right for you.

  • Instead of charging per room or requiring expensive multi-hour packages upfront, I’ve found it’s more transparent and realistic to work with virtual clients on a monthly basis. You can see all my online decluttering services and pricing here.

This monthly model is more accessible and sustainable, as we can tailor our approach to your personal circumstances, while supporting ongoing skill-building that creates lasting change (not a one-off transformation that quickly falls apart).

  • We connect via video call for our scheduled time. You'll need to have your camera positioned so I can see the area you're working on. I'll guide you through the No-Mess Method step-by-step while you make decisions about your belongings.

For an example of how the process works, you might like to watch this video of my mentor, Dana K White, doing a virtual decluttering session with one of her clients.

  • Just five things:

    1. A device with video capability (laptop, tablet or phone)

    2. A stable internet connection

    3. A rubbish bag

    4. A box or bag for donations

    5. The willingness to get started

After you book, I'll make sure you have a clear list of everything you'll need for your session so you feel prepared and in control.

  • Virtual sessions give you all the expert guidance and accountability of in-person coaching with added benefits: no need to host someone in your home and you can access support from anywhere in Australia or beyond.

You stay in complete control of your space and privacy. The No-Mess Method works just as effectively when we’re connecting online. And I’ve noticed that some clients actually prefer the virtual format because it feels less vulnerable to get started, while still being highly effective.

  • That's completely normal. Getting decluttering help can bring up big feelings: grief, guilt, overwhelm, relief.

That’s why I love the No-Mess Method, because it’s designed to reduce emotional overwhelm. Instead of using feelings to make decisions, which can be exhausting and paralysing, we use fact-based questions that only have one answer rather than multiple-choice. (You might like to read this blog article by my mentor, Dana K White, which explains how we make decluttering decisions without emotions.)

If you do encounter challenging feelings, you’ll be met with the utmost sensitivity and respect. I have a wealth of experience helping people from all walks of life at their most vulnerable moments, and will hold space for you with compassion. We can take breaks, slow down or shift focus to something easier. Your wellbeing always comes first, and emotions are part of the process, not a problem.

If you find you need extra support for your mental health as you navigate letting go, I would also be happy to connect you with local colleagues who can help.

  • Yes! The coaching, guidance and accountability I offer are identical. I’ll be able to see your space via video and will guide you through the exact same process. The proof is in the results: virtual clients make just as much progress and develop the same lasting skills.

  • Never! Every decision about what stays and what goes is entirely yours. My role is to guide you through an easy, stress-free decision-making process that works for your brain, not to impose my opinions or pressure you. You're always in control of your belongings and your pace.

  • This varies depending on your home, your goals and your capacity. Most clients book my home decluttering services for 3-6 months, with regular sessions each month. Some need less time, others choose to continue longer. We work at your pace; there's no arbitrary deadline or pressure to "finish”.

  • You’ll manage all items leaving your home, so you’ll be in complete control of where each item ends up.

As we work through the No-Mess Method together, you’ll identify what's rubbish (goes in your bin), what's donatable (goes in a box or bag you provide) and what belongs elsewhere in your house (gets taken there immediately). This is your responsibility, but I'll guide the process and walk you through my top strategies for getting the clutter out of your home for good (with minimal analysis paralysis).
