Despite appearances,
I’m not naturally organised.
My particular flavour of neurodivergence means chaos is my default state. I truly understand what it takes to transform a house from cluttered to calm because I’ve done it myself. I know you can too, with the right support.
As a busy mum, and with 10+ years’ experience as a doctor, I specialise in helping people who struggle with disorganisation create calmer homes that work for their unique strengths and capacity.
Values that guide my work
-

Kindness & generosity
This is a judgment-free zone, always. I know what it feels like to struggle in your home, and I know shame makes everything harder. Whether your space is mildly chaotic or completely overwhelming, you deserve compassionate support and gentle, accessible, neuroaffirming guidance.
-

Simplicity
Too often, the complicated systems offered to people trying to get organised just don’t work for real life. That’s why we’ll always return to the No-Mess Method. With consistent repetition over time, you’ll build strong, lasting decluttering skills, just like building muscle, and you’ll finally be able to keep your home under control for good.
-

Integrity
I only recommend what I know for sure will help. I won’t push you to buy expensive organising products you don’t need (we can often repurpose what you already own) or expect you to dramatically change how you live. You’ll always know what to expect, what things cost and why I’m suggesting certain strategies.
Let’s work with your brain, not against it
Conventional decluttering advice rarely works for people like us, and it's easy to blame yourself. But you haven’t failed: the advice failed you.
That's why I use the No-Mess Decluttering Method, originally created by Dana K White. It's the only thing that’s ever worked for me, and I’ve seen it work for even my most overwhelmed clients.
This method takes the emotional weight out of decisions and never creates a bigger mess while we work, so you make visible progress every single session.
From medicine and motherhood to burnout and beyond: the Deep Why behind my work
For years, I worked as a doctor in busy hospitals. From the outside, I seemed to have it together, but my home told a different story.
Hidden spaces were avalanches waiting to happen and a permanent mountain of washing lived on our bed. Despite endless tidying, things always felt messy.
Moving house with a new baby, mid-pandemic, confronted me with the real problem: we had too much Stuff.
I searched ‘decluttering’ and tried ‘sparking joy’. I pulled everything out and sorted it into piles. It just created an even bigger disaster.
Then I found Dana K White's No-Mess Decluttering Method, and finally learned a process that worked for my brain and life. It steadily reduced the clutter, but unexpectedly helped everything else: my energy, mental to-do list and sense of inner calm.
Later, the Worst Job of My Life led to incapacitating burnout. I had to simplify even further in my home (and career) so I could claw my way out.
After experiencing how much easier life became each time we let go of clutter, I feel driven to help others find that same feeling of relief. And that’s the ‘Deep Why’ behind my work today.
